ELIGIBLE REFUND SCENARIOS - Premium Plan (₹399): Full refund if you have accessed fewer than 3 mock tests and fewer than 2 PDF notes within 7-day window - PDF notes: Refund only if the downloaded PDF is genuinely defective (corrupted file, missing pages, illegible content) - Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same transaction, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full 4. REFUND PROCESS - Step 1: Submit this refund form with your order ID, course name, and reason - Step 2: Our team will review your request within 48 working hours - Step 3: Once approved, refund will be initiated to the original payment method (UPI / card / net banking) within 5-7 business days - Step 4: You will receive a refund reference number via email once initiated 5. ACCOUNT ACTIONS AFTER REFUND - Access to the refunded course will be revoked immediately - Sharing refunded content is a copyright violation — permanent account ban plus legal action - Test attempts and notes downloaded under refunded Premium Plan will be removed 6.
