SUTRIK — Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it and make payments only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@igniterapp.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

When you enrol in a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access its content for your own learning. You may not share, resell, record, or redistribute any course material.

Access to a course continues for as long as it remains active on the Service, unless your access is revoked for a breach of these Terms.

The price of each course appears on the Service in Indian Rupees, taxes included where applicable. Razorpay processes all payments securely, and we retain only a transaction reference — never your card details.

All transactions are subject to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to update prices, but changes never apply retroactively to courses you already own.

Please see our Refund Policy on this site for full details of when refunds apply. If approved, the amount is credited to your original payment method within roughly 5–7 business days.

Where digital content has already been meaningfully accessed or downloaded, a refund may not be available except as mandated by applicable law.

When using the Service you must not copy or redistribute course content, circumvent payment or DRM controls, post unlawful or abusive material, or disrupt the platform’s security or normal functioning.

Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed, and serious breaches may result in loss of access without a refund.

You can discontinue use and remove your account at any time. SUTRIK may suspend or terminate your access for a breach of these Terms, to comply with the law, or if the academy winds down its presence on the platform.

All courses, videos, notes, mock tests, branding, and other material on the Service are owned by SUTRIK or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your licence to use them does not transfer any ownership to you.

The Service and its educational content are provided “as is” for learning purposes. While we work hard to keep content accurate and the Service available, SUTRIK does not guarantee any particular exam result, uninterrupted availability, or that the content is error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUTRIK is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These Terms are subject to the laws of India and to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

From time to time we may amend these Terms. Important updates will be announced in-app and the “Last updated” date above refreshed; by continuing to use SUTRIK you agree to the updated Terms.
